How To Enter

1. Entrants must follow either the @inflyter social account on Instagram or Facebook (if they are not already an existing follower).
2. They must like one of the weekly entry posts uploaded throughout the ‘Inflyter Duty Free Giveaway’.
3. They must also comment the hashtag “#inflyterdutyfreegiveaway” under one of the custom entry posts and tag 5 friends of their choice.

 

Prize Details

• 6 winners who will be announced weekly (Note: The final winner will be announced 14 days after the fifth week of the Giveaway)
• The prizes available consist of a x1 $500 shopping spree on all items on the Inflyter app, x2 in-app Inflyter discounts worth 25% off (to be used on purchases up to the value of $100) and 50% off (to be used on purchases up to the value of $150) and x3 Inflyter store credit vouchers worth $50, $75 and $150

 

Official Rules

• This giveaway is open worldwide to any entrant age 13 and over, in compliance with Instagram and Facebook age restrictions (Note any prize won by an entrant under 18 will require parental/guardian consent to receive and accept said prize)
• The opening time for the competition is 20:00 GMT, Monday the 29th of November 2021 and the closing date for all entries is 00:00 GMT on Friday 24th December 2021.
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday, September 27.
• Each participant’s information will be supplied to the www.commentpicker.com for random selection.This personal data will be stored securely and used solely in connection with this prize draw and will not be shared with any third parties. All entrant data will be deleted 12 months after the giveaway once all prizes have been officially claimed.
• Participation is limited to one entry per entrant each week, with one bonus entry granted per person if they also share or reshare an entry post to their story.
• The organising company, ‘Inflyter’, will contact the winners via Instagram or Facebook Instagram to obtain their email or telephone number to confirm they’ve won and arrange prize collection. All winner selection decisions are final and if any winner fails to reply within 7 days of being contacted by Inflyter then they forfeit their prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
• The prize is non-negotiable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize, it is not for resale and is also non-refundable.
• Inflyter accepts no responsibility for the prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
• Inflyter reserves the right to withdraw, delay or amend the giveaway at any time without notice.
• By entering the Inflyter Duty Free Giveaway, all entrants agree to their name and social media account name being published online by Inflyter if required (for example to announce a winner via the Inflyter Social Media accounts)
• Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any of the luxury branded products included in the giveaway prizes.
• No purchase of any kind is required to enter the Inflyter Duty Free Giveaway and the chances of winning are not enhanced by the purchase of any products on the Inflyter app.
• All entrants maintain that their entry is in no way slanderous, obscene or contains falsified information, including tagging bot/fake accounts and violating any of the aforementioned terms and conditions
